Stomach Squashing What Can I Eat/drink For My Upset Stomach?

What can I eat/drink for my upset stomach? - stomach squashing

Sunday evening I had one increase from 9.5 vomiting (12 times total) and also diarrhea, nausea and headaches. Then I ate a piece of chicken perfectly normal and have lived in the odd cup of tea and orange juice.
Is there anything else I can eat, drink / do not go bad?

I want to assure that consumers are not clearly and unambiguously from the milk of liquids. Toast would be ideal with a place in most of the spread.

Peppermint tea or ginger tea regulates the stomach, you might try fried chicken with mate thinks too good to rehydrate WATRA is also important to sip throughout the day.

Yes, plenty of water, no ice, at room temperature. Toast. Chamomile tea or peppermint tea is also very relaxing.

If you are vomiting, it should be based on clear liquids only for now. Clear liquids are water, soups and gelatin. Once you are able to hold and to reintroduce solid food the stomach to keep the simplicity and gentleness. Good foods are bananas, toast, rice and apple sauce (the BRAT) diet.

Drink plenty of water and try to toast.
Generally, if no nausea or diarrhea that lasts more than 48 hours, you should consult a specialist or ask your doctor or call NHS Direct if you are in the UK
Hope you feel better soon
